About me
HKU Muziek & Technologie is a Bachelor and Master studies in Utrecht, The Netherlands.
We train students to become independent, creative, and reflective makers within the spectrum of music and technology, including composers, sound artists, sound designers, engineers, live performers, and developers of hardware and software.
In the professional field, you can find our students working as composers for media, film, and theater, producers, and developers of music software. They also work as sound designers for electric vehicles (BMW), developers of music experiences for the blind (TNO vibration vest), and in movement sciences (rowing and interactive music in collaboration with VU). Music technology can be applied in many different ways.
